Delicious Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. frozen vegetables (20 oz. bag or two 1 lb. bags)
    2 cans cream of celery soup
    2 c. plain yogurt or sour cream
    1 stick margarine
    1 package cheese croutons
Preparation
    Mix soup, yogurt (or sour cream) and vegetables together. Spread in deep 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Top with croutons.
    Pour melted margarine over croutons.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour.
    Cover the first 1/2 hour, uncover last 1/2 hour.
