Caunterbury'S Coconut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    1 beaten egg
    1/4 c. oil
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. coconut, toasted
Preparation
    Combine flour, baking powder and salt.
    Set aside.
    Mix the next 5 ingredients.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Toast 1 cup of coconut on
    cookie
    sheet.
    Be careful, it burns easily.
    Add dry ingredients and coconut to batter.
    Pour into greased and floured loaf pan.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
