Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. ground zucchini, grind in blender until it looks like applesauce
    3 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 c. crushed pineapple
    1/2 c. pecans
Preparation
    Mix sugar, eggs, vanilla, oil and zucchini.
    Stir in flour, baking powder, soda and salt.
    Mix until all ingredients are well blended.
    Add pineapple and pecans and mix well.
    Pour into 2 greased loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
