Sunny Banana Shake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 banana
2/3 c. orange-banana juice or strawberry-orange-banana juice
3 Tbsp. tofu (soybean curd)
1/2 c. ice
Preparation

Place all ingredients in a blender.
Blend on high for 1 minute or until drink is smooth.
Serve with a sprinkle of cinnamon, if desired.
Makes 2 six ounce servings.
