Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
5 slices bread
1 lb. sausage
6 eggs
2 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. cheese (mild or sharp)
Preparation

Coat pan with 2 tablespoons of butter.
Cube bread and place in pan.
Crumble sausage and brown; drain and place on top of bread.
Beat the eggs and add milk and salt.
Pour over sausage. Top with cheese and refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until done.
