Irish Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. caraway seed (optional)
    1 c. raisins
    2 Tbsp. melted margarine
    1 beaten egg
    2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Sour milk by adding 2 tablespoons vinegar to 2 cups milk.
    Let sit for 5 minutes.
    Mix dry ingredients into bowl; add butter, caraway seed and raisins.
    Mix together lightly.
    Beat egg and add dry ingredients.
    Pour sour milk in and stir with a fork until well blended.
    Don't overbeat.
    Put in a well buttered black frying pan. Melt 2 tablespoons butter and pour over top.
    Sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then at 350\u00b0 for 50 additional minutes.
