Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. shortening
2 2/3 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. pumpkin
2/3 c. water
3 1/3 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. nuts
Preparation

Cream shortening and sugar together.
Blend eggs with pumpkin. Add water and flour to eggs and pumpkin.
Add this mixture to shortening and sugar.
Add spices and nuts.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour in 2 large loaf pans or 1 hour and 10 minutes in a tube pan.
