Orange Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. self-rising flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. grated orange rind
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1/4 c. orange juice (juice of 1 orange)
    1 1/4 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Sift the flour and salt into a large bowl; stir in orange rind and sugar.
    Beat egg, orange juice, milk and butter together in a small bowl.
    Stir in the nuts.
    Pour liquids onto flour mixture and stir until blended.
    Pour into two 8 x 4-inch greased loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes until skewer comes out clean.
    Cool on wire racks.
