Peanut Butter Cups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. peanut butter
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/4 c. flour
    3/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    10 oz. pkg. Reese's peanut butter cups
Preparation
    Cream together peanut butter, butter and sugars.
    Add beaten egg and vanilla.
    Stir in and mix well the flour, baking soda and salt.
    Roll into 1-inch balls.
    Put into ungreased miniature muffin pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
    While warm, press into each cookie a mini Reese's peanut butter cup.
    Cool completely and remove from pans.
    Yields approximately 48.
