Joan'S Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick oleo
    1 pkg. Jiffy cornbread mix
    1 can cream-style corn
    1 c. sour cream
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 can whole corn, drained
Preparation
    Melt oleo.
    Stir all together.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 50 minutes covered and 10 minutes uncovered.
    Bits of onion and/or red or green pepper (chopped) may be added, if desired.
