Zucchini Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. thinly sliced, unpeeled zucchini (4 small)
    1 c. Bisquick baking mix
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan
    2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/2 tsp. dried marjoram or oregano leaves
    dash of pepper
    1 clove garlic, finely chopped
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease oblong pan (13 x 9 x 2-inch).
    Mix all ingredients; spread in pan.
    Bake until golden brown (about 25 minutes, depending on oven).
    Cut in 2 x 1-inch squares.
    Makes 4 dozen.
    Can be frozen.
    Reheat in oven, not microwave.
