Oatmeal Scotchies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. margarine, softened
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. oats (quick) or old fashioned
1 (12 oz.) pkg. (2 c.) Nestle Toll House butterscotch morsels
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
In small bowl combine flour, baking soda and cinnamon; set aside.
In a large bowl, combine margarine, sugar, brown sugar, eggs and vanilla; beat until light and fluffy. Gradually add flour mixture.
Stir in oats and butterscotch flavored morsels.
Drop by level measuring tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake 7 to 8 minutes for chewier cookies or 9 to 10 minutes for crisper cookies.
Makes about 4 dozen (3-inch) cookies.
