Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1/3 c. margarine
1/4 c. dry milk
1/2 c. water
3 c. rolled oats
1/4 c. cocoa (carob)
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix the first 4 ingredients in a saucepan; heat until boiling. Remove from heat and add the oats, cocoa, peanut butter and vanilla.
Drop by the teaspoonfuls about 1-inch apart on waxed paper.
Cool and eat.
Makes a lot.
