Pizza Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. hot water
    1 1/2 tsp. dry yeast
Preparation
    Combine flour, salt and sugar in a medium sized bowl.
    Mix well with a wooden spoon.
    Stir butter in hot water in a separate bowl.
    When water has cooled to lukewarm, add yeast and let develop 5 minutes.
    Add yeast mixture to bowl with flour mixture. Mix until a dough forms that leaves sides of bowl.
    It will be somewhat sticky.
    Make a ball of the dough.
    Let rise in oiled bowl for 45 minutes or until doubled.
    Shape by pulling and rolling on sheet.
