Apple-Spice Bread(For Bread-Maker) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. plus 1 Tbsp. water
3 c. bread flour
1 Tbsp. wheat gluten (optional)
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. dry milk
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 tsp. apple pie spice
2 Tbsp. butter, soft
1 pkg. RapidRise yeast
1/3 c. cut up dried apples

Preparation

Mix the apple pie spice with the flour.
Measure all ingredients into your bread machine in the order your machine suggests.
Add dried apples on the \"Mix Bread\" cycle, if you have it, otherwise as manufacturer suggests.
Makes 1 large loaf.
