Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat
    1 small can tomatoes, drained
    1 whole diced onion
    1 diced green pepper
    2 eggs
    dash of salt
    dash of pepper to taste
    cracker crumbs
    maybe a slice or 2 of bread
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients; shape into loaf.
    Place in a pan.
    Use tomato juice to pour around loaf to keep bottom of pan from burning.
    Bake for about 45 minutes or an hour.
    When done, take out, slice and serve.
