Favorite Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter or oleo
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
4 c. flour
6 large and very ripe bananas, mashed
1 c. finely chopped pecans
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time beating well after each addition. Mix dry ingredients (salt, soda and flour). Add to creamed butter. Add bananas and nuts. Pour into 2 well-greased loaf pans. Bake in 250\u00b0 to 300\u00b0 oven for 1 to 2 hours.
