Chicken Piccata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken breasts (4 or 5 pieces)
    flour
    oil
    butter
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. white wine
    1/4 to 1/2 c. water
    1 to 2 cloves garlic
Preparation
    Flatten chicken breasts between 2 pieces of wax paper.
    Dip in flour and saute in oil and butter until tender.
    Remove from pan.
