Rhubarb Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 2/3 c. brown sugar
    1 1/3 c. oil
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    4 c. diced rhubarb
    2 c. buttermilk
    5 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. nuts
Preparation
    Mix sugar, oil, eggs, vanilla and milk.
    Combine flour, salt, cinnamon and baking soda; add to egg mixture.
    Stir in rhubarb. Put into 4 loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
