Easy Lemon Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter
2 1/4 c. sugar
6 eggs
rind of 2 lemons
juice of 3 lemons
Preparation
-
Mix well.
Microwave 100% for 2 minutes.
Stir.
Cook 1 1/2 minutes.
Stir.
Continue until thick.
Cool before serving.
Good on slice of pound cake or gingerbread.
