Carol'S Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
3/4 c. mashed ripe banana
1 1/4 c. sifted flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Cream shortening and sugar until light.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.
Stir in mashed banana.
Sift together dry ingredients.
Add to banana mixture.
Mix until well blended.
Pour into a greased and floured loaf pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
