Ingredients

1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. margarine
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Blend
peanut
butter,\tegg,
vanilla
and butter until mixture becomes light and fluffy.
Sift together the flour and soda;
blend into creamed mixture.\tAdd remaining ingredients. Drop
by
spoonfuls on cookie sheet and press with fork.
Bake in a
350\u00b0 oven for 10 to 15 minutes until light brown around edges. Makes about 3 dozen large cookies.
