Zucchini Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 eggs
1/4 c. oil
1 c. Bisquick
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. grated cheese
3 1/2 to 4 c. zucchini, shredded

Preparation

Mix all ingredients and place in a 10-inch pie pan.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 until toothpick comes out clean.
