Easy Black Beans And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans Green Giant black beans
    olive oil
    chopped garlic, onion and green pepper (using amounts according to your taste)
    red wine vinegar
    white, brown or yellow rice
Preparation
    Heat black beans.
    Saute a little garlic, onion and green pepper in a small amount of olive oil.
    Add to beans.
    Just before serving, add a splash of red wine vinegar.
    Serve over rice.
