Onion-Dill Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. dry yeast
1 1/4 c. very warm water
1 egg, beaten
2 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
1 medium onion, minced
1 tsp. dill weed
1 c. lukewarm buttermilk
7 1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Mix all first 9 ingredients well.
Add flour last and mix. Turn out on lightly floured board and knead until smooth and elastic.
Place dough in greased bowl and turn to grease all sides.
Cover; let rise until double, then half.
Place each half in loaf pan and let rise again until double.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
