Frosted Chocolate Brownie Supreme - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. plus 3 Tbsp. reduced-calorie margarine, softened
1 1/3 c. sugar
8 egg whites
1/2 c. nonfat sour cream alternative
1/3 c. evaporated skim milk
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/3 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
2/3 c. unsweetened cocoa
vegetable cooking spray
Preparation

Beat margarine at medium speed until fluffy.
Gradually add sugar; beat well.
Add egg whites, milk, sour cream and vanilla; beat well.
Combine dry ingredients together, then add to creamy mixture, mixing well.
Pour batter into a 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking pan coated with cooking spray.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes, or until wooden pick comes out clean.
Cool in pan on wire rack. Spread with Creamy Chocolate Frosting.
