Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. salad oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. butternut or vanilla
    2 c. shredded zucchini
    1 c. drained, crushed pineapple
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Beat eggs, oil and sugar until thick and foamy. Stir in gently the vanilla, zucchini, pineapple, flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
    Bake in 2 greased 5 x 9-inch pans at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
