Haricots Verts A L'Ail(Green Beans With Garlic; From Provence, France) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. young, tender, slender green beans
    2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
    6 cloves garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. dried white bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. chopped flat-leaf parsley
    salt and freshly ground pepper
    1 oz. butter
Preparation
    Drop beans into large pot of boiling salted water; cook uncovered on high for 6 to 8 minutes or slightly crisp.
    Drain in colander, then drop them immediately into large quantity of very cold water.
    Drain.
    Heat oil in nonstick 10-inch saute pan over low heat.
    Add garlic, bread crumbs, parsley, salt and pepper; cook, stirring, for 1 minute.
    Add butter; when it is melted, add the beans and stir to heat.
    Serve immediately.
    Serves 4.
