Sugar-Free Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. corn meal
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    1 c. quick oats
    1 c. wheat germ
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/4 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. butter, melted, or margarine
    1 to 2 small eggs
    5 mashed bananas (medium)
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. chopped, dried apples
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In large bowl, mix corn meal, flour, rolled oats and wheat germ.
    Add other ingredients and stir well. Pour mixture into two greased and floured loaf pans.
    Bake for 45 minutes or until done.
