Vanilla Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 eggs
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 qt. half and half
    1/2 gal. milk
Preparation
    Beat eggs until well blended.
    Add sugar gradually; mix well. Add salt and vanilla; pour in cream and milk.
    Pour into gallon freezer.
    Freeze.
