Irish Soda Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 box raisins
2 oz. margarine
2 eggs, beaten
buttermilk

Preparation

Mix together dry ingredients and sift.
Blend in margarine and mix in raisins.
Add eggs and buttermilk to make the consistency of bread dough.
Knead dough into a round cake.
Bake in an iron pan or cookie sheet for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
