Carrot Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. oil
1 1/2 c. grated carrots
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. dates
Preparation

Mix and put in greased loaf pan.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
Do not overbake.
