Tangerine Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 tangerines, peeled and separated or 2 cans sliced
2 Egg Beaters
3/4 c. white sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. cinnamon/sugar mixture
Preparation

Combine Egg Beaters, sugar, cinnamon, cornstarch (mix with small amount of milk), nutmeg, milk and salt.
Cook over medium fire until thick.
Place tangerine slices, drained, over bottom of cooked pie shell.
Peak over pie.
Cook until egg whites are golden brown at 350\u00b0.
Cool and serve.
