German Christmas Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. + 1 Tbsp. butter *
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 oz. melted chocolate
    1 beaten egg
    1/2 tsp. baking soda dissolved in 2 Tbsp. milk
    2 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Cream butter.
    Gradually add sugar, cinnamon, salt and melted chocolate.
    Add the beaten egg and the mixture of baking soda and milk.
    Stir in flour.
    Roll thin and cut out with cookie cutters. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
