Brown Bread With Raisins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. whole grain pastry flour or spelt flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. honey (optional)
    2 c. soured soy or rice milk *
    1 c. raisins (preferably soaked in hot water before use)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a large bowl, sift together the dry ingredients.
    In a small bowl, mix together the wet ingredients. Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture, and combine with a fork.
    Add the raisins.
    Cut the dough in half and place each into 2 greased round cake pans.
    Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
