Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. plain flour
1/3 tsp. salt
1 tsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. white sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1 c. buttermilk
2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients together and beat eggs until fluffy.
Add dry ingredients and beat until almost smooth.
Stir in milk and butter.
Beat only until mixture is smooth and free of lumps.
