Lasagna Roll-Ups Florentine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lasagna pasta
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained (do not cook)
    1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 egg, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Cook noodles until al dente.
    Cool in cold water; dry and set aside.
    Saute onion in 2 tablespoons butter until tender.
    Combine spinach, onion, Mozzarella cheese, sour cream and egg; set aside.
