Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
3 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 c. grated raw zucchini
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Combine flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder and cinnamon. In separate bowl, beat eggs until light, then stir in sugar, oil, zucchini and vanilla.
Add dry ingredients and the nuts.
Pour into 2 greased loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
