Redeemer Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. All-Bran cereal
    2 c. boiling water
    2 pkg. yeast in 1/4 c. warm water
    2 beaten eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. Crisco
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. whole wheat flour
    5 c. white flour
Preparation
    Pour 2 cups
    boiling water over bran, sugar, Crisco and salt. Cool to
    lukewarm.
    Soften
    2 packages yeast in 1/4 cup water; let stand.
    Add
    2
    beaten
    eggs
    and
    yeast
    to
    above mixture.
    Add 2 cups whole wheat flour and 5 cups white flour. Mix well.
    Let rise
    1 hour.
    Punch down and shape into loaves or rolls.
    Let rise
    1 1/2 hours.
    Bake 30 minutes for loaf at 350\u00b0, rolls 15 minutes at 400\u00b0.
