Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. butter or margarine, softened
2/3 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. almond extract
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 c. small gumdrops, thinly sliced
Preparation

In large bowl, measure all ingredients except gumdrops.
Beat until well mixed.
Fold in gumdrops.
Drop by rounded teaspoonful onto cookie sheet.
Bake for 12 minutes or until lightly brown in a 350\u00b0 oven.
