Irish Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. raisins
    1 Tbsp. caraway seed
    pinch of salt
    1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Dough should be stiff, not too moist. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour in cast-iron skillet or glass pie plate or 8-inch cake pan.
    All pans should be greased.
    Do not underbake.
    Cool before cutting.
