Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 tsp. baking powder
    2 to 3 c. grated raw zucchini (1 medium or large)
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat eggs in large mixing bowl with electric mixer until frothy
    Gradually beat in sugar, then the oil.
    Combine all dry ingredients by sifting together in small bowl.
    Add 1/2 the zucchini, then 1/2 the flour mixture.
    Repeat.
    Stir in nuts and vanilla.
    Pour into 2 greased loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 55 minutes.
    Let cool 10 minutes in pan and then remove to cooling rack to completely cool before slicing.
