Breakfast Yogurt Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 c. whole wheat flour
2/3 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. whole bran cereal
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1 beaten egg
1 (6 oz.) carton yogurt
2 pkg. snack pack size (.9 oz.) dried mixed fruit and nuts and grains
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. vegetable oil
Preparation

In large bowl stir together all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, sugar, bran cereal, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
Make a well in the center.
In small bowl combine egg, yogurt, milk, and oil.
Add mixture all at once to flour mixture.
Stir in fruit packages until just moistened.
Pour into a greased loaf pan (8 x 4 x 2-inch).
Bake at 350\u00b0 about 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.
Cool in pan 10 minutes. Remove and cool or serve warm (112 calories per serving).
