Zucchini Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) pkg. cornbread mix
3 c. grated zucchini
1 medium onion, chopped
4 beaten eggs
1/4 c. oil
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Blend all ingredients together.
Pour into greased pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
