Cincinnati-Style Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
3 medium onions, chopped
1 Tbsp. salt
1 (6 oz.) can whole tomatoes
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can kidney beans
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 pkg. spaghetti
1 1/4 c. Cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp. chili powder
Preparation

Cook and stir ground beef and onions until brown and onions are tender.
Drain.
Stir in chili powder, salt, tomatoes, beans and tomato sauce.
Break up tomatoes.
Cook, uncovered, over medium heat until desired consistency, about 10 minutes.
Cook spaghetti as directed.
Spoon about 3/4 cup beef mixture over 1 cup spaghetti.
Sprinkle each serving with 1/4 cup shredded cheese.
