Rolled Ginger Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. molasses
    1 c. Crisco or margarine
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. ginger
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. soda
    3 to 4 c. flour (to roll)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except flour, stirring after each addition.
    Add flour last; mix well.
    (Dough will be stiff, but sticky.)
    Chill dough in refrigerator for several hours before rolling.
    Take about 1/4 of the dough at a time and place on floured surface.
    Knead a little flour into ball of dough before rolling.
    Cut out cookies and place on lightly greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
