Brownies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 stick butter or 1/2 c. soft butter
5 Tbsp. cocoa plus 2 Tbsp. oil
1 1/8 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Melt butter and chocolate.
Add sugar and stir well.
Add eggs, one at a time, and stir well.
Add vanilla and nuts; stir. Sift together dry ingredients and add to chocolate mixture.
Stir well and pour into 8-inch greased pan.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Makes 16 brownies.
