Sausage Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf bread dough, thawed
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 lb. Bob Evans sausage (roll; for spicy bread, use Zesty Hot!)
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained and chopped
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 jar pepper rings, chopped (Vlassic, use hot for extra zest!)
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation
    Slowly brown sausage and onion just until sausage is done. Break up sausage into small bits as it cooks. Drain off any excess grease and then let mixture cool. Roll out thawed bread dough on lightly floured board until about 1/4-inch thick.
