1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 Tbsp. lemon rind
2 tsp. crushed anise seeds
1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In a large bowl, whisk eggs, sugar, oil, rind, anise seeds, vanilla, lemon extract, salt and baking powder. Fold in flour; stir until smooth.
