Easy Chicken Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chicken breast (boneless)
    3 Tbsp. butter or shortening
    2 pkg. onion soup mix
    1 1/3 c. water
    2 c. sour cream
    2 cans mushrooms (3 oz., undrained)
    2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Cut meat into thin strips diagonally.
    Brown meat in butter or shortening.
    Add water, soup mix and undrained mushrooms.
    Simmer this until meat is tender.
    Add sour cream, blended with flour. Cook and stir until gravy thickens.
    Serve over noodles.
